Enclosures
The following items shall be enclosed with the application form: (i) Copy of the Community Certificate issued by the Revenue Officer, in respect of BC/MBC/SC/ST candidates. (ii) Self-addressed postcard.(iii) Passport-size photos(3 Copies).
