TIMT believes in the possibility of achieving 100% placements every year because it is the company's Core Selling Proposition (CSP) which is consequently a significant amount of time and effort used to carry out the processes related to it efficiently and in a systematic method. It is the Student Placement Committee (SPC) is a departmental-level committee and includes a mix of former and final-year students. The nominations are made by students from departments and are distributed through interviews. The SPC was created with the purpose of boosting the participation of students in placement activities as well as managing expectations of students in relation to their placements. SPC acts as a reliable connection between the placement company as well as students and the campus.
It is the Summer Internship Programme (SIP) is a major component of the education offered at TIMT. It aims to connect academia and the business world. The SIP simulates an actual work environment, which will require the students to be exposed to the demands of working in a professional setting both in appearance and in sunlight. It allows students to explore their curiosity about the working world. exposes them to the technical aspects of their job and assists them in developing social skills through engaging in continuous interaction with other professionals in different organizations.
