Admission:

Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai All the admissions at TISS Mumbai are entrance-based. For PG courses, the entrance exam required is TISSNET (Tata Institute of Social Sciences National Entrance Test). 

TISS Mumbai UG admissions are based on CUET (UG) which is scheduled to be conducted on April 30, 2024. Candidates who are interested in getting admission to TISS UG courses, should register and appear for CUET (UG) 2024.

TISS Mumbai PG Admission 2024:

The candidates applying for any of the PG courses offered by TISS Mumbai should have a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree of 3 to 4-year duration. 

TISS Mumbai PG Admission: How to Apply:

The candidates will have to register themselves for PG admission. The application form will be available at the following link: https://appln.tiss.edu/register/.

The candidates can apply for any 3 programs across any 2 TISS campuses. 

The application fee is INR 1,000 + bank charges for each program. 

The documents that need to be submitted along with the application form are as follows:

TISS copy of Challan (if paid in cash)

Caste/ Tribe certificate (if applicable)

OBC Certificate (if applicable)

Income Certificate (for OBC-NCL candidates)

TISS Mumbai UG Admissions 2024:

The candidates who have completed 10+2 in a relevant stream are eligible to appear for CUET (UG) and also apply to TISS Mumbai UG programs.

TISS Mumbai UG Admission: How to Apply:

The candidates will have to visit the CUET official website or https://cuet.samarth.ac.in/ and will have to go through the following steps:

Firstly, they will have to register themselves and create a system-generated Application Number and Password.

Then they can log in using their application number and password and start filling up the application form with personal details, academic details, program selection, test paper details, choosing the examination cities, and uploading all the required documents.

Once they have filled out the application form, they will have to pay the application fee. 

TISS Mumbai MPhil PhD Admission 2024:

The candidates interested in applying for the MPhil and PhD programs at TISS Mumbai should have a Second Class Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (45% for ST/ SC/ OBC/ PwD)/ M.Phil in a relevant discipline.
