I.T Infrastructure

UIET, Mohali's Computer Centre boasts a cutting-edge infrastructure housing over 500 personal computers seamlessly connected to the Internet. The laboratories, fully air-conditioned and well-equipped, feature 50 systems each. Two additional labs, one designated for faculty and the other for students' project and research and development endeavors, are equipped with 25 systems each. Internet connectivity is facilitated through optical fiber, utilizing a 25 Mbps bandwidth from Reliance India.

Residential Accommodations

Residential Accommodations at UIET, Mohali comprise four independent hostels, with two exclusively for boys. These modern, Wi-Fi-enabled buildings prioritize aesthetics and functionality, offering facilities such as a gymnasium, common room, study room, and indoor and outdoor games. The hostels, spacious and well-maintained, provide hygienic food at reasonable rates through hostel mess facilities. Hostel residents enjoy extended access to library and computer center facilities, as well as outdoor sports activities in the evenings.

Library

Labs

The labs at UIET, Mohali are departmentally organized, boasting modern and state-of-the-art machinery and equipment. These spacious laboratories and workshops are integral components of the technical education offered.

Medical Facilities

For medical facilities, UIET, Mohali provides in-house healthcare for hostellers, day boarders, faculty, and staff. A qualified doctor and paramedic staff are available on-campus to address minor ailments, offering free medicines. Routine checkups and counseling on preventive and therapeutic measures are conducted. The campus also maintains a 24x7 ambulance for medical emergencies.

Cafeteria

The cafeteria at UIET, Mohali caters to both staff and students, prioritizing healthy and hygienic food. With two cafeterias on the campus operating on a 'Pay as you eat' concept, the campus provides students with a metro lifestyle experience within its facilities.

Transport Facility

UIET, Mohali's transport facility includes a fleet of 28 buses for commuting students from Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Ropar, Patiala, and Ambala to the college. Additionally, a staff bus, ambulance, and minibus are available full-time on campus.
