University Institute Of Hotel And Tourism Management of the Training & Placement Cell (TPC) of the Institute is to provide employment opportunities and world-class training to ITI students in leading organizations/Industries. The Training & Placement Cell further provides ample opportunities for the students to develop their personality by conducting programs regularly on communication skills and other soft skills. The Training & Placement Cell of the Institute is very dynamic and proactive and in full coordination with soft skill experts. The Training & Placement Cell is entirely working under the overall supervision of Shri Rajan Dogra, Principal, Govt. Industrial Training Institute Sector 11-C, Chandigarh. The Training & Placement Cell makes the students Industry-friendly and Industry ready candidates. The Cell is well equipped with ample infrastructure in terms of Seminar Halls, Meeting/Consultancy halls for Pre Placement talks, Presentations, etc. It also arranges training for students in Industries for two to four weeks at the end of the session.
