The University College of Engineering, JNTUK, Vizianagaram has a sprawling campus that is well-maintained and provides a serene environment for learning. The buildings are modern and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, University College of Engineering, JNTUK, Vizianagaram making it easier for students to learn and faculty to teach. The classrooms of University College of Engineering, JNTUK, Vizianagaram, lecture halls, and labs are spacious, comfortable, and designed to provide an excellent learning experience. The library is also outstanding, with a vast collection of books, online resources, and knowledgeable librarians.
Library
Situated opposite the administrative office in Academic Block-I, the library occupies a standalone building with a total area of 2864 sq.m. It houses a lending section, reading halls with a reference collection, a group discussion room, a magazine and periodicals section, and a digital library. Currently, the library can accommodate 225 users, with plans underway to increase the capacity to 350.
Hostel
Established in 2010 on this hilltop campus, the hostels of JNTUK UCE Vizianagaram were designed to house 350 students each. Due to a consistent increase in student enrollment, an additional boys' hostel was inaugurated in 2015 and a girls' hostel in 2016. The current capacity of the hostels is 1450 occupants.
Sports and Game
The Department of Physical Education offers training facilities to all students and staff. The institute boasts excellent infrastructure for both outdoor and indoor sports. Outdoor facilities include badminton, ball badminton, basketball (concrete court), cricket, football, kabaddi, kho-kho, handball, hockey, tennicoit, throw ball, and tennis. Floodlights are available for all outdoor sports.
Cafeteria
The cafeteria provides nourishing and hygienic meals to students. In addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner, students can enjoy snacks, tea, coffee, soft drinks, and confectionery items. A dedicated team ensures the quality of food and continuously updates the menu to cater to the preferences of the student community.
