B.Tech Admission 2023

1. University College of Technology, Osmania University offers a four-year Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree program with an annual intake of 100 seats.
2. For admission to a B.Tech course, a candidate must have passed the 10+2 level or Intermediate Examination of the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. However, candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will have to clear the Entrance Examination conducted by the Government of Telangana.
3. Admission is done based on merit in the State Entrance Test TS EAMCET (Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test) conducted by the Govt. of Telangana State.
4. Candidates belonging to other than Telangana State will be selected based on merit in the JEE Main (Joint Entrance Examination) examination conducted by CBSE.

Key Points:

1. Candidates must have passed the 10+2 level examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
2. Candidates must hold a valid TS EAMCET or JEE Main scorecard.

M.Tech Admission 2023

1. University College of Technology, Osmania University offers M.Tech. course at the postgraduate level. The M.Tech program is offered under nine different specialization subjects. All the M.Tech courses are full-time regular degree courses, offered for two years. The course intake is 18 seats for each of the M.Tech specializations.
2. Admissions to the M.Tech courses are done based on merit in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). If a sufficient number of candidates with GATE qualifications are not available for admission or candidates who have not passed the GATE examination will also be considered for admission against the remaining seats based on their performance in the Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS PGECET)  conducted by the Government of Telangana State.
3. To apply for the M.Tech program, candidates must hold a B.E /B. Tech degree in the relevant branch of Engineering with at least 55% marks. Candidates who have appeared for B.Tech. Final examination and awaiting results are also eligible to apply for the M.Tech program.

Key Points:

1. Two supernumerary seats are reserved for the candidates sponsored by the Teaching/ Research/ Industrial establishments situated under the jurisdiction of Osmania University.
2. The sponsored candidates must hold at least two years’ experience and they are also required to possess a valid GATE scorecard or PGECET score.

M.Pharm Admission 2023

1. In addition to the M.Tech program, OUCT Hyderabad also offers a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) degree program to aspiring candidates. The two-year M.Pharm degree program is provided with two specializations. The course intake is 18 seats for both of the specializations.
2. For the M.Pharm program, candidates need to hold a B.Pharm. degree from a recognized university and obtain minimum required marks.
3. Admission to the M.Pharm program is done either through the General Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) or the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT).

Key Points:

1. Candidates must hold a recognized B.Pharm degree.
2. Seats available for each of the M.Pharm specializations is 18.
3. Candidates must obtain a valid GATE or GPAT scorecard.

Ph.D. Admission 2023

1. At the doctoral level, the University College of Technology, Osmania University offers a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program to research aspiring candidates. The Ph.D. programs are offered in numerous disciplines of Engineering and Pharmaceutics.
2. To apply for the research programs, candidates need to hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline and obtain a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate.
3. Osmania University conducts Ph.D. Eligibility test is one of the prerequisites for admission into Ph.D. courses in the different subjects

2. Candidates must have to obtain minimum pass marks in the Ph.D. Eligibility Test which is to be conducted by Osmania University.
