Allahabad University PhD admission is granted based on the CRET entrance examination conducted by the university. Allahabad University UG Application Process

Candidates, who want to seek admission to Allahabad University, will have to appear for the CUET (UG). Candidates will have to register for the CUET by going to the official website of NTA. Candidates can only register for CUET in online mode. The step-by-step process to fill up the application form for CUET is provided below:

1. Go to the official website of NTA- https://nta.ac.in/
2. Enter a valid email ID along with a valid mobile number to generate an application ID and password.
3. The Application ID and Password that will be generated must be saved as they will be required in future stages of admissions.
4. Fill in all the personal details- Name, DOB, Father’s Name, Address, etc.
5. Upload all the Academic details – class 10th and 12th Mark sheets
6. Upload all the required documents along with scanned copies of the photograph and signature
7. Pay the application fees in online mode (Credit/Debit card/Net banking/UPI)
8. Take a printout of the submitted form and receipt for future reference

Allahabad University grants admissions in PG courses to those students who have qualified PGAT entrance exam with valid scores. The PGAT entrance exam is taken for admissions in MA, M.Tech., M.B.A., and M.Sc. courses.

Allahabad University PG Eligibility Criteria

• For admission to the M.Sc. in Biotechnology, the candidate must have completed a B.Sc. or B.A. in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks in the examination.
• For admission to M.A., the candidate must have completed a bachelor's degree in the relevant specialization with at least 59% marks from a recognized University.

Allahabad University PG Selection Process 

• For admission to the M. Tech., the candidate must have qualified GATE entrance examination with the valid scores required for admission.
• For admission to the other PG courses, the candidates have to clear the PGAT entrance exam with valid scores.
