For those in the tech and non-tech fields looking to obtain qualifying job possibilities from leading companies, upGrad Campus has created a placement program. UpGrad Campus is providing resume-building skills, career fairs, soft skills training, mock interviews, and access to the upGrad Job Portal as part of this program. It costs INR 18,000 and lasts for five months. There will be one-on-one mentoring sessions for the students. The maximum package that upGrad Campus can provide to a new hire is INR 26 lakhs. The organization employs more than 300 partners.
