The library has been automated using “NIRMAL” Software with a 4.0 version. It was automated in the year 2012. NIRMAL software is a user-friendly software designed to take care of all the administrative and management functions of the library.

The Exnora Club-

This club was set up by Urumu Dhanalakshmi College based on Chennai’s Exnora movement. The purpose of the club was to make the students realize the significance of the environmental and ecological issues of the local area making them aware of the challenges and the possible solutions.
