The university's premises encompass open spaces for gardens and sports activities. The educational process takes place in 35 classrooms, 12 tutorial rooms, specialized laboratories, three state-of-the-art computer facilities with high-speed Internet connectivity, a seminar room, a conference room, an auditorium, and a fully automated library. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled, featuring a 200-meter artificial track, a pioneering addition to VKSU. Residential accommodations are also available for the Principal, teaching faculty, and non-teaching staff.
The VKSU library, equipped with LSEase software, is well-stocked and fully computerized. It boasts approximately 65,000 books covering various fields such as Arts, Commerce, Humanities, and Science, as well as books for leisure reading. The library subscribes to around 47 periodicals, including ten daily newspapers in Hindi and English. Wi-Fi connectivity is available, and an Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) is accessible. The library includes a comfortable three-floor reading room with a capacity for 180 users and a designated area known as the college lounge for faculty research.
The VKSU sports facilities feature a spacious playground where intensive training is provided under expert guidance. Each year, students from Veer Kunwar Singh University excel at the national level, with many selected for All India Inter-University and National tournaments. The campus boasts a Ministry of Sports & Youth Affairs-approved 200-meter synthetic track and an AstroTurf Hockey ground. Sports offered include Athletics, Hockey, Table Tennis, Volleyball, Kabaddi, and Cross.
With a seating capacity of 700, the auditorium is fully air-conditioned, and its light and sound systems are currently being upgraded. It serves as the venue for various academic and cultural events for both the college and the East Delhi community. Additionally, the auditorium facilitates renowned cultural groups in hosting programs for the benefit of students and the community.
The VKSU provides a medical room offering first aid services. An allopathic doctor is available for consultations four times a week, while an ayurvedic doctor and a homeopathic doctor offer consultations twice a week. A counselor is also available to address the mental health needs of students.
