The college is home to a lively and well-established "Training and Placement Cell" led by a Dean/Placement. It is assisted by two placement officers together with a faculty coordinator from each Department and co-coordinators for students for each Department.
The main institution's action is to offer opportunities for students who are properly guided. The placement department collaborates with a variety of organizations across the nation to conduct campus interviews to ensure the placement of students who are in their final year.
The call for training and placement organizes career guidance programs (CGP) as well as soft skill programs, personality, and training and development programs with experts from outside. These programs are designed to help students improve their communication skills and increase confidence in themselves. Before campus interviews the students are given mock interviews to improve the abilities of students and encourage them to help them prepare for interviews with confidence.
