Velammal College of Engineering & Technology, Madurai, has an independent Training & Placement Cell devoted to catering to the needs of the organizations in conducting campus interviews for placements. It is headed by Mr. P. Srinivasaperumal and is assisted by Staff and student placement coordinators who lead a team of placement representatives from various courses of study. The Training & Placement Cell plays a very important role in counseling and guiding students for their successful careers. The cell also coordinates various activities for the careers of the students along with industrial training.
