The Training & Placement Cell is instituted at VLITS to train and groom students into industry-ready professionals. All the students are being offered customized, company-specific training programs with the target of placing more students in MNCs with higher pay packages. The cell executes regular career guidance activities by reputed speakers and resource persons from the industry, to provide a strong foundation for building their careers. The interactions with experts from the industry make them more confident and self-reliant to build their own colourful lives.

The primary objective of the Training & Placement Cell is to assist students in identifying their strengths and weaknesses, fostering planning and decision-making skills, and facilitating holistic personality development. Students receive training in areas where additional support and modern techniques are required to enhance their intellectual capabilities. In alignment with industry demands, various initiatives such as certification courses, technical expert interactions, internships, hands-on sessions, company-specific training programs, and assessments are organized to enrich students' learning experiences. The dedicated staff members continually support the efforts of the T&P cell.
Placement Profile
Facilitating employment opportunities for students is a collaborative endeavor spearheaded by the training and placement team. In each batch, approximately 70% of fourth-year students register for placement services. However, regardless of registration status, VLITS's career guidance, training, and placement cell offer support to all students. Oversight of this process is managed by the Dean of Training & Placements, ensuring effective coordination between the training and placement teams.
