VIMR, Indore Placement

All training and placement-related activities are handled by a group-level central training and placement cell at the two Vindhya Group institutions. Additionally, a distinct Training and Placement cell serves as a conduit between students and the Group Central Training and Placement cell in each college.

The VIMR, Indore, Training, and Placement Department is in charge of managing placement activities and maintaining contact with various industrial groups and research organizations. It is led by a senior academic member. A student placement committee made up of students picked from various disciplines collaborates closely with the department. The Institute's Training and Placement Cell plays a crucial role in assisting all Departments' graduating students in developing their professional careers. Its top-notch infrastructure helps to organize pre-placement meetings, written tests, group discussions, interviews, etc. as part of the placement processes.

To prepare our pupils for the future's intense competition, we offer a well-developed program for communication and personality development. The training and placement cell organizes career guidance programs (CGP), soft skills programs, and personality development programs through external specialists. The institution offers a variety of training to the students on personality development and career development skills, among other topics. These courses are designed to help individuals improve their communication abilities and self-confidence. Before the campus interviews, practice interviews are held to sharpen the candidates' skills and inspire them to perform well in the real interviews.
