VNS Group of Institutions has a separate placement cell that provides job opportunities to candidates who are in their final year. VNS Group of Institutions placement cell provides training to the students in building their soft and hard skills. They provide separate training for students on various skills such as soft skills, and aptitude. VNS Group of Institutions placement cell follows a placement procedure for training and conducting drives for the students. VNS Group of Institutions trainers give training on mock tests, group discussions, webinars, seminars, and written tests. Continuous training helps candidates to get good jobs in top and reputed companies.

Placement Procedure

1. The VNS group of institution placement cells will invite companies from various corporations.
2. Recruiters involved in the VNS placement drive will confirm the invitation and their participation in conducting interviews.
3. Interested candidates should register for the placement drive and should submit their documents to the VNS group of institutions' placement cells.
4. The management will give prior notice to the candidates about the placement drive.
5. Before conducting interviews employers will conduct webinars about the company and its profile.
6. After completing the pre-placement discussion employers will conduct interview sessions.  
7. Employers will conduct various rounds like group discussions, mock tests, written tests, and aptitude.
8. They will select the candidates based on their performance in these rounds of interviews.
