The Training and Placement department at Vasantdada Patil Prathisthan’s College of Engineering and Visual Arts (VPPCOE&VA) offers a range of placement and recruitment services to students, including campus interviews. Each year, numerous multinational corporations and prominent Indian companies visit our campus for placement and recruitment purposes. The office of the Training and Placement Officer is located in Room 215 of the A-Wing.
VPPCOE&VA is equipped with well-established facilities to facilitate various placement activities, including written tests, online assessments, group discussions, and interviews. These resources are essential in ensuring a smooth and effective placement process for our students.

The department operates under the guidance of Training and Placement Officer, Swapnil Desai, with active involvement from faculty and student placement committees.
As a result of these efforts, all eligible students secure placements every academic year, with many even receiving multiple offers. The strong relationship cultivated by the Training and Placement Department with various industries has greatly benefited our student community, facilitating their successful employment.

At Vasantdada Patil Pratishtan's College Of Engineering & Visual Arts (VPPCOE&VA), regular placement drives are conducted where companies visit the campus to facilitate recruitment processes. To participate in these drives, students must register through the online portal provided by the Training and Placement Department. Through this platform, students gain access to vital information about the participating companies, job profiles, and eligibility criteria. This enables them to make well-informed decisions regarding which drives to attend based on their career aspirations and qualifications.
