The foundation stone for the Jhajjar campus in Delhi-NCR was laid on 16 January 2017 by Om Prakash Dhankar, Cabinet Minister, Government of Haryana. The b-School was already accredited by AACSB in the year 2016 for a period of five years and the recent accreditation is now extended from 2021-2026.

The Association of MBAs accredits MBA, MBM and DBA degree programmes. When a school applies for accreditation for its MBA programmes, AMBA requires that the entire portfolio of MBA programmes be put up for consideration and will award accreditation only if all programmes meet its criteria (though the school pays the same fee regardless of the number of programmes being reviewed).

It was founded as the American Assembly of Collegiate Schools of Business in 1916 to provide accreditation to schools of business and was later known as the American Association of Collegiate Schools of Business and as the International Association for Management Education.
