The YBCCP building is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for laboratories, classrooms, tutorial rooms, and a library, adhering to the standards set by the relevant authorities.  Situated at the Maulana Azad Educational Trust's Dr. Rafiq Zakaria Campus in Aurangabad, the Y B Chavan College of Pharmacy occupies a substantial and impressive structure. The building features air-conditioned tool rooms, laboratories equipped with modern systems, and a technology room.

Within the Pharmacy Building, one can find a spacious and well-designed museum, seminar hall, lecture rooms, and an auditorium with audiovisual facilities. The college boasts a rich library along with a digital library that includes expansive reading and study rooms. A dedicated computer facility with 24-hour internet access is available for all undergraduate and postgraduate students. The college offers immediate practical training through its partnership with Wockhardt Ltd and access to an advanced library facility on the Internet at Wockhardt Research Center, Aurangabad. 

Residential Accommodations:

Y B Chavan College Of Pharmacy (YBCCP-Aurangabad) Hostel facilities for boys are provided on the campus within the Hostel Complex, offering more than 87 well-furnished and ventilated rooms. Dining halls and mess facilities are also available.

Separate reading room facilities are provided for undergraduate, postgraduate, Ph.D., and teaching staff.
