Yashwantrao Mohite College Of Arts, Science And Commerce, Pune Admission 2023-24

Yashwantrao Mohite College of Arts Science and Commerce is a constituent college of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University (BVDU) Pune. It is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). In 2019, the College was ranked 54 for Arts and 63 for Commerce by India Today. Presently, the College offers UG and PG programmes in Arts, Science, Commerce and Photography. These courses are offered under four departments, namely the Department of Arts, Department of Commerce, Department of Science and Department of Photography.

Yashwantrao Mohite College of Arts Science and Commerce admission process is conducted under the guidance of BVDU Pune. The College offers admission to Indian as well as international students. To seek admission in any of the programmes, candidates need to fill out an application form online through the official website of the College. The course-wise admission process details are given below:

Admission to all UG, PG and diploma courses is done on a merit basis

Candidates, who have completed Class 12, can apply for UG and diploma courses

A candidate must have passed graduation in the relevant stream to apply for any of the PG programmes

Yashwantrao Mohite College of Arts Science and Commerce UG Admission 

At the UG level, the College offers four programmes, namely BA, BCom, BSc and B.Lib.I.Sc. The College follows a Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) for all the programmes. Under CBCS, each programme has allotted some credits and students need to secure minimum credits to pass a particular semester. The course-wise selection and eligibility criteria for all UG courses are mentioned below:

Yashwantrao Mohite College of Arts Science and Commerce BSc Admission 

The College offers a BSc programme with a duration of three years. The programme is offered in two different specialisations. It covers subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Environment Studies, Microbiology, Statistics and more. BSc admissions are purely done on a merit basis. The final merit list of selected students is based on the HSC scores. Names of all the specialisations along with the eligibility criteria are given in the table below:
