6. Study Certificate from VI to Intermediate
7. EWS certificate valid for the year 2025 from MeeSeva for OC candidates who want to claim reservation under the EWS category
8. Residence certificate for the last 7 years of the qualifying examination, i.e., Inter or its equivalent for private candidates.
9. Residence certificate in Andhra Pradesh for the parent for 10 years, excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh, issued by the Tahsildar for non-local candidates.
10. Integrated Community Certificate, in the case of BC/ST/SC candidates, issued by the competent authority.
11. Parental Income Certificate or white ration card (the name of the candidate and one of the parents must appear on the ration card) for those claiming tuition reimbursement.
12. Local status certificate (if applicable). That is, a candidate migrating to any part of Andhra Pradesh from Telangana will be considered a local candidate in Andhra Pradesh.

AP EAMCET 2025 Counselling Process

Below is the step-by-step guide for candidates participating in the AP EAMCET counselling 2025.

Step 1 – AP EAMCET 2025 Tutoring Fee: Eligible candidates must pay the tuition fee. Payment must be made online (credit/debit card/internet banking). A confirmation SMS will be sent after the transaction. To pay, please use a computer available at home or at an internet café with Internet Explorer 9.0 or higher.

Steps to pay AP EAMCET Counselling Fees:

1. Visit the official website.
2. Click on the "Online Processing Fee Payment" link.
3. To make the payment, candidates must enter their AP EAMCET 2025 class pass number and exam ranking, and click the "OK" button.
4. The "Pay Fee Online" option will appear. Click on it to access the payment gateway.
5. Pay the fee through the online payment gateway.
6. Write down the reference number for future reference or print the payment receipt by clicking the "Print" button.

AP EAMCET 2025 Counselling Fee

After payment, the login ID and registration number will be sent via SMS to the mobile phone number provided by the candidates, and their certificates will be verified using web services. However, candidates whose certificates are incomplete will be sent an SMS requesting verification on HLC. The details of candidates whose certificates are verified will be displayed in their login account.

Step 2- Document Verification: For candidates who have paid the AP EAMCET 2025 counseling fee, the authorities will conduct a document verification. This verification will be done both online and in person for your convenience.

Candidates are informed that if their certificates have already been verified through the web services of their respective boards or agencies, based on the information provided when applying for the AP EAMCET 2025 (i.e., those whose certificate details have already been verified online through web services), they must pay the AP EAMCET processing fee upon registration and will be able to verify the accuracy of their data (personal, academic, and others). If candidates are satisfied with the available data, they do not need to upload any certificates.

Step 3- Document Verification Status: Students must check the verification status of their certificate by entering their hall ticket number and date of birth. The candidate's information will be displayed on the screen. Candidates whose certificates were verified online will see the message "Candidate is eligible to exercise options." All candidates must complete their options according to the schedule indicated in the notification.

Step 4: AP EAMCET 2025 Seat Allotment: Candidates whose certificates were not verified online will see the message "Student is not eligible or certificate verification is in progress." These candidates must have uploaded their documents during the registration process. The relevant assistance center authorities will verify the uploaded certificates and determine their eligibility. If a candidate is eligible, they must proceed with registration according to the AP EAMCET 2025 guidelines.

Step 5- Reporting at the Allotted Centre: Candidates whose certificates are not verified online will see the message "Student is not eligible or certificate verification is in progress." These candidates must have uploaded their documents during the registration process. The relevant assistance center authorities will verify the uploaded certificates and determine their eligibility. If a candidate is found eligible, they must proceed with registration according to the AP EAMCET 2025 guidelines.

Step 6- Reporting to the assigned institute: Candidates must report to the assigned institute as per the AP EAMCET 2025 syllabus. They must bring the seat allotment letter along with other necessary documents.

Who is eligible for AP EAMCET 2025 Counselling?

Candidates who meet the required conditions are eligible for AP EAMCET preparation:

1. To be eligible for AP EAMCET 2025 online tutoring, candidates must pass the AP EAMCET 2025 exam and obtain a ranking.
2. They must pass the 10+2 exam or equivalent.
3. Candidates in the General category must score a minimum of 45% (44.5% or higher) in group subjects.
4. Candidates in the Reserved category [BC/SC/ST] must score a minimum of 40% (39.5% or higher) in group subjects.
