CAT Exam Pattern 2022: Key Features & Latest Changes

·         2022 CAT Exam was scheduled to take place on the 27th of November 2022.

·         It is not possible to mark negative on Non-MCQs.

·         The sequence of sections is set, beginning with VARC. Candidates are not allowed to change sections.

·         The CAT 2022 exam will be conducted in three slots. The times will include Slot 1 (8.30 am to 10.30 am), Slot 2 (12.30 pm until 2.30 at) as well as Slot 3 (4.30 pm to 6.30 at night).

·         The previous number of tests on CAT was 100, and the marks total was 300. However, in 2020 there were fewer questions and the total marks reduced to 76, and the total marks were reduced to 228. In 2021 the number of questions was reduced to just 66.
