CBSE 12th Result 2025 is expected to be released by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in May 2025. The CBSE Class 12 Result 2025 will be released on the official website- results.cbse.nic.in. CBSE Class 12 Result 2025 has been declared online. All students can check CBSE 12 Result 2025 by following the steps given below:
Send an SMS to 7738299899: “cbse12 (roll number) (date of birth) (school number) (centre number). The format of date of birth should be DDMMYYYY. After this, students will receive an SMS with the subject wise list of their marks.
Once released, the 12th class 2025 CBSE result can also be checked through the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS). Students need to dial 24300699 with their area code before the given number.
Students need to visit the official website of DigiLocker and register themselves, after this, they need to follow the steps given below to get the CBSE Class 12 result:
Select ‘Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi’ from the first option
From the next option select ‘Marksheet (HSC/SSC)’, ‘Migration Certificate’ or ‘Passing Certificate’ etc.
To verify the DigiLocker account, students will first have to select their class either class 10 or 12 and then enter their school code and roll number. Also, they can get a six-digit security PIN from their schools. The PIN is provided by the school and if the candidate does not receive the PIN they must contact their school
Step 1 : Go to cbse.digitallocker.gov.in
Step 2: Students can login using their LOC credentials and select login as school
Step 3: Click on download PIN file
Step 4: Select class
Step 5: After downloading the PIN, schools can share the PIN with students individually for security purposes

The marks of five core subjects are to be added and divided by 5. For example, the marks of five core subjects are given below:

Step 1: The total marks: 80+85+87+92+95= 439
Step 2: Divide it by 5
439/5 = 87.8
Students will be considered as having passed the CBSE board exam if they fulfil the below-mentioned criteria:
The Board will award passing certificates to students if they obtain grades above 'E' in all subjects of internal assessment (unless they are exempted from it).
Below are the details mentioned on the 12th class 2025 CBSE result:
Students who are not satisfied with the marks obtained in CBSE 12th exam 2025 can apply for verification of marks/answer sheet. Students have to fill the application form for verification of marks online on the official website. The board rechecks the answer sheets for total errors, missing marks or unchecked/unmarked questions. After rechecking, the board shares the CBSE 12th result 2025 with the students and allows them to request a photocopy of the rechecked CBSE 12th result 2025.
CBSE supplementary exams are likely to begin from July 15, 2025. The process of verification of class 12 marks is expected to be completed in the last week of May 2025. Students will have to pay Rs 500 per subject for verification of marks as well as to obtain photocopies of evaluated mark sheets. The application process for re-evaluation of answer sheets began on June 6. The re-evaluation fee per subject is Rs 100.
