An additional layer of security has been added for downloading mark sheets from DigiLocker.
To get the marksheets from DigiLocker, students can visit the website — cbseservices.diglocker.gov.in/activatecbse for initiating their account verification process. Students should note that they will need a PIN to download their mark sheet from the app. How do you get it? To strengthen the security and privacy of student data, the PIN has been introduced.
To verify the DigiLocker account, students must first select their class, either class 10 or 12, and then enter their school code and roll number. In addition, they get access to their schools’ six-digit security PIN. The PIN will be provided by their school, if not received, students will contact their school. The PIN will be a numeric value. Example: If it is by the school ‘012345’, students only need to enter 012345.

CBSE is likely to announce the CBSE 10th Supplementary Result 2025 in the first week of August 2025. The CBSE supplementary exams are likely to be held from July 15 to 22, 2025. The process for checking marks for class 10 will be done from May 20 to 2024, for the students will be paid. Rs 500 per subject for checking marks and for obtaining photocopies of assessed marks. The application process for the re-evaluation of answer sheets started on June 6. The re-evaluation fee per subject is Rs 100.

After the release of the CBSE 10th result in 2025, students must collect the original mark sheet from their school. They can also be downloaded from Digilocker. Students will now be able to apply for an academic stream to study in 11th and 12th standards in science, commerce and arts. In case students are dissatisfied with their CBSE 10th result, which is awarded on the basis of evaluation criteria, they will be allowed to sit for the exams physically in August/September.
