IIM Placements Process

Summer Placements

In April-May, companies recruit students for summer internships through summer internships. Students also get pre-placement offers (PPO) through this platform.

Lateral Placements

IIMs offer placements a few months before the final placement to students who have at least 18 months of work experience in an MBA/PGP program.

The final placement process, which takes place from late February to mid-March, is almost the same across all IIMs, though there are some minor differences.
