The NTA has released the syllabus for JEE Main 2025 and has offered a revised curriculum, which is more focused on students. The reduction made within it falls in line with the recent modifications of NCERT textbooks and aims at reducing the academic burden on students' minds while still covering all the significant topics.
According to data from previous trends, nearly 85% of the syllabus is the same as in earlier versions, ensuring continuity for students who have started their preparations. However, about 15% of topics were removed.
This is done by prioritizing important topics in the JEE Main reduced syllabus, thus optimizing the study plans of students and thereby enhancing chances for success in one of India's most competitive engineering entrance exams.
Ever since the NTA recently introduced a revised JEE Main 2025 Exam Pattern by eliminating the optional questions in Section B, students have begun to wonder about possible changes to the JEE Main 2025 Syllabus. This is comprised of concepts under three basic subjects: Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry; which are largely covered in the NCERT Class 11 and Class 12 study material or syllabus.
