Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a national level exam that is held by All India Management Association (AIMA) for admission into MBA and other related programs. The test is held every year four times during the months of February and May, as well as September and December. Students take thousands of exams each year which makes it one of the most sought-after management entrance exams in India. MAT scores are accepted at over 600 B-schools across the nation.

MAT (Management Aptitude Test)

The MAT application form must be filled out online only. The MAT application form is generally completed with three steps:

* Creating a Profile (Login Registration)

* Completing the Application Form

* Fee Payment

Documents Required for MAT Application

Before filling out the Application for MAT, make sure you have these documents handy at hand:

The mark sheets for Class 10 10th 12 12 and Bachelor's degrees, Master's degree (if there was any).

A scan of your passport-sized photo in .jpg or .jpeg format, with a size of 20 to 75 KB. The photo should be taken on a white or light-coloured background.

A scan of your signature in.jpg or .jpeg format with a size of 5-50KB. Signatures should be completed using a black marker using white papers.

Certificates for Category, should there be they exist.

Payment instruments like Debit card/ Credit Card/Net Banking details.

Furthermore, you should possess also a legitimateemail address and phone number.

NOTE: If you choose to take 2 IBT You can choose two additional management institutions for providing your scores, in addition to the current possibility of choosing five institutes of management.

MAT Registration: Detailed Procedure

The entire registration and application procedure for MAT will be discussed in the following sections:

Step 1

Visit the official site ( https://www.aima.in ) and then open the registration page to create a new login.

Input your personal details (name and valid ID day when you were born) along with your username and password.

(Your password should contain one particular character, as well as an digit.)

You will receive confirmation via your email. Make note of your user ID as well as your password.

Step 2

Log in by using your user ID as well as a password.

Choose the center where you'd like to sit for the test.

Input your contact, personal and address information.

Input your education and details of your work experience (if there is any).

"Save" the details, then upload your signature scanned and photo according to the guidelines.

Step 3

The application fee needs to be paid online only (Debit /Credit Card/Net Banking).

MAT Fee Structure

The structure of fees for the MAT is as the following:

For Remote Proctored Internet Based Test (IBT)or Paper-Based Test (PBT)
Rs. 1850/-
For Double IBT or PBT+CBT or CBT+IBT
or PBT+IBT
or 2 PBT

Rs. 2975/-

After you've completed it, you can't alter any information provided on the application. The complete application by clicking on "View Application and take a copy of the application to keep for your records. It is recommended for applicants to double-check the information prior to filling out the application.

It is suggested to provide accurate details in your application. In 2019, offline submission of the MAT Registration Form was ceased. Therefore, candidates must fill out an online registration form. Then, they are able to download their admit cards via the official website on the dates mentioned. The admit cards for the MAT exam are needed to be carried on the day of the exam.
