MHT CET 2024 Counselling: Schedule, Documents, Fees Details

Maharashtra CET Cell will conduct MHT CET Counseling 2024 in June. In addition, a detailed schedule of MHT CET Counselling will be published after the declaration of results and the same here.

There are a total of 3 rounds in the MHT CET counselling and seat allotment procedure. The entire MHT CET counselling process includes online registration, uploading scanned documents and paying the counselling fee required to participate in the counselling. Students' documents are checked by the counselling office online. After the document verification, the MHT CET Counseling 2024 selection process will begin and the seat allotment will be divided into three rounds. Candidates who have been allotted seats have to confirm their admission online by paying the seat confirmation fee and informing the allotted institute. MHT CET 2024 Counselling Process

The complete MHT CET counselling process is online. Candidates can check all the procedures related to MHT CET 2024 Counseling below which includes the following steps:

1. Registration:

The first step is to register on the official website and provide your personal, communication and security information. Once you have filled in all the information, you will need to create a password. Once the password is created, the rest of the information must be filled out.

After entering the above details, candidates have to register their eligibility details (subject and general marks in 10th and 12th standard and board name) and examination details.

2. Uploading Scanned Images

In this step, the applicant has to upload their scanned photo and signature file size 4 KB to 100 KB and dimensions 3.5 * 4.5 cm and 1 KB to 30 KB and 3, 5 * 1.5 cm.

3. Payment of Counselling Fees

Finally, candidates have to pay the counselling fees online according to their category:

1. General Category, Candidate from outside Maharashtra State and Children of Indian Officials in Gulf States: Rs 800 (Provisional).
2. The reserved Category of Maharashtra State and Disabled Candidates from Maharashtra would be Rs 600 (Provisional).
3. Children of NRI / OCI / PIO, Foreigner: Rs. 5000 (tentative).

MHT CET Merit List 2024

The counselling body will publish the MHT CET 2024 merit list in June after the declaration of results. First, the institution publishes a preliminary CV, which is also callable. The final merit list of MHT CET will be released after a review of the appeals submitted by the students. Allotment of seats is based on the ranking of the candidates in the MHT CET merit list. 

MHT CET 2024 Choice Filling

Registration for online options of MHT CET 2024 counselling will start after registration. Applicants must fill in the colleges and courses of their choice online. The options must be selected in order of preference. As the allotment of seats was based on the selection process, we recommend candidates fill out the selection form carefully.

MHT CET 2024 Seat Allotment

MHT CET Seat Allotment Results will be published online on the website. Allocation of places is done online, based on the rankings achieved in the student's Scorecard, as well as the student's preferences and the availability of places. MHT CET merit list will be published online. Candidates who have been allotted seats should approach their allotted institute for seat confirmation. They must also pay the tuition fee to confirm their acceptance.

MHT CET 2024 Counselling Reservation Policy

In the MHT CTE 2024 counselling process, only candidates belonging to Maharashtra can get a reservation. Seats for engineering/pharmacy courses in various colleges across the state are filled as per the reservation policy of the state government.
