Step 1: Fill out OUAT Form-A

Candidates have to fill their Aadhaar number, email ID, mobile number, category and other required details in the Form-A of the OUAT entrance exam. After this, they have to upload the following documents along with the form.

Step 2: Pay the OUAT application fee

For admission to the undergraduate course, candidates have to pay the OUAT entrance exam application fee through online payment methods like credit/debit card, net banking or UPI. The OUAT application fee is Rs 1500.

Step 3: Submit the OUAT application form

Candidates must complete and submit the OUAT Form A application online on the official site. Candidates do not need to send a physical copy to Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology.

Following are the step by step procedure to apply for OUAT 2025:

1. Visit the OUAT website https://ouat.ac.in/.
2. Click on the “Student Login” link.
3. Login by entering the email id and mobile number.
4. An OTP will be sent to the registered email id and mobile number for the verification process.
5. Click on the “Apply” button.
6. Now, fill the application form by entering the personal, educational, communication details, etc. of the candidate.
7. Also, upload the scanned copies of the required documents in a specific size and format.
8. Click on the “Submit” button.
9. Download the application form from the website.
10. Keep a hard copy of the OUAT 2025 application form for future references.

OUAT 2025 Application Form

2. For UG courses, students will be able to fill the application form in the first week of March 2025.
