2022 Eligibility Criteria

Integrated M.Sc. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for admission to the Integrated M.Sc. in
Chemistry, students taking the TUEE must have scored at least 60% on the
combined 10+2 examinations in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, with at
least passing marks in each subject and English.
In order to be considered for admission to the Physics
program at TUEE, applicants must have passed the 10+2 examination with at least
a passing mark in English and a minimum of 60 percent overall in Mathematics,
Physics, and Chemistry.
To be eligible for admission to the Integrated M.Sc.
program, applicants must pass the 10+2 examination with at least a passing
grade in English and a minimum of 60 percent overall in Physics, Chemistry, and
Mathematics.

exam In mathematics, the 10+2 examination requires a minimum of 60 percent
overall passing marks in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Statistics, as
well as passing marks in English.

Master of Science in Bioscience and Bioinformatics program, applicants must
have passed their 10+2 examination with at least a passing grade in English and
a minimum of 60 percent overall in the subjects of biology, chemistry, and/or
mathematics.
TUEE
M.A. Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Requirements for the TUEE M.A. Eligibility
Test Applicants to the MA Cultural Science program must have a bachelor's
degree in any field, with at least a second-class grade in the major subject.
Candidates without a major or honors must earn at least 45%.
Candidates for the TUEE who want to get into
Communication for Development must have a bachelor's degree in any field with
at least 55% of the grade, with or without a major or honors.
To be eligible for admission to the MA in Social Work,
applicants must pass the TUEE with a degree in any field and 45% in their
major.
A bachelor's degree with at least 45% marks is required
for candidates taking the TUEE exam to be eligible for admission to the MA in
Education program.
To be eligible for admission to the MA in English,
candidates must pass the TUEE exam with at least 45% in their English major or
honors. Candidates without majors or honors must have earned at least 50% of
their grades combined in English.
To be eligible for admission to the MA in Linguistics and
Language Technology, applicants who take the TUEE must have earned a B.A. with
honors in linguistics, English, or a related subject with at least 45% marks,
or a B.A. with at least 50% marks overall.
Candidates for the TUEE who want to get into the MA in
Linguistics and Endangered Languages must have a bachelor's degree in any field
and 45% in the major or 50% without the major.
A bachelor's degree with Hindi as an elective subject or
a bachelor's degree with Hindi as a major or honors from a recognized university
with at least 50% of the overall marks is required for TUEE applicants seeking
admission to the MA in Hindi program.
For Mass Communication and Journalism admission,
applicants must have a bachelor's degree in any field with at least 45% in
their major or honors. Candidates who do not have a Major or an Honours degree
must have a minimum of 50% overall.
To be eligible for admission to the MA in Sociology,
applicants must pass the TUEE with a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 45% in
either the Sociology major/honors or any other subject offered as a
major/honors. Candidates without majors or honors must have a minimum of 50%
overall.
TUEE M.Com Eligibility Criteria
The
B.Com. is required for applicants to the TUEE entrance exam in order to be
admitted to the M.Com. degree with at least 50% marks in the major and honors.
A degree in mathematics is desirable.

M.Sc. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for admission to the M.Sc. in Chemistry,
candidates must pass the TUEE with a minimum of 45 percent and a major or
honors in chemistry and subsidiary subjects in physics and mathematics.
In order to be eligible for admission to the M.Sc. in
Maths program at TUEE, applicants must have earned a bachelor's degree with a
minimum of 45% in either Mathematics or Statistics as their major or honors.
Mathematics as a subsidiary course with a minimum of 50% marks is required for
candidates with a major or honors in statistics. Candidates who do not have a
major or honors must receive at least 50% of their grade in Mathematics.
A B.Sc. is required for TUEE applicants seeking admission
to the M.Sc. in Physics program. degree with Mathematics as one of the
subsidiary subjects and a minimum of 50% in the major or honors Physics course.
Candidates who do not have a major or honors must earn 55% of their grade point
average in Physics.
TUEE candidates seeking M. Sc. admission. a B.Sc. in
environmental science is required. degree with at least 50% marks in Physical,
Biological, or Earth, and Environmental Sciences as a major or honors.
Candidates without majors or honors must have a cumulative grade point average
of at least 55%. Or, B.Sc. ( Agri.) with a minimum CGPA of 6.0 on a 10 point
scale or an equivalent. or a bachelor's degree in engineering or medicine with
a grade point average of at least 55 percent.
A bachelor's degree in Physical, Biological,
Agricultural, Veterinary, Fishery Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering or
Technology, a four-year B.S. program (Physician Assistant Course) or Medicine,
MBBS or BDS, and a minimum of 55% in their major, honors, or aggregate are
required for applicants to Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. Candidates are
ineligible if they have not completed the qualifying examination within two
years of the admission announcement date.
TUEE
M.T.T.M. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who want to get into the Master of Tourism and
Travel Management program must pass the TUEE with at least 45% in their major
or honors.
TUEE L.L.M Eligibility Criteria
Applicants to the TUEE seeking admission to the Master of
Law (LLM) program must have a bachelor's degree in law with at least 50% of the
grade point average.

2022 Application Process

TUEE reg.forms are made available in the on-line mode.
The students can fill the TUEE application form till the submission deadline.
Candidates can get access to the same in online mode by paying a fee of Rs.
400/- for SC, ST and PWD candidates, and Rs. 800/-for other categories.
Additional bank charges may apply. Candidates are also needed to attach some of
the documents along with the TUEE reg.form as mentioned below -
• A copy of
the permanent residence certificate (PRC) issued by the competent authority of
any North East State for M.Sc. Under the North East quota, a program in
Molecular Biology and Biotechnology.
• A copy of
the relevant certificate from the appropriate authority, if you want to be
admitted into any of the reserved categories listed.
• A
passport-sized photograph and a copy of the employer's sponsorship/no objection
certificate, if the candidate is employed.
• A copy of
the signature scanned.

TUEE candidates have two hours to
attempt the exam. There will be one-point multiple-choice questions with a
negative marking of 0.25. The question papers for the School of Humanities and
Social Sciences' departments will include 40-point descriptive questions and
60-point multiple-choice questions. There will be 60-point descriptive
questions and 40 MCQs for PhD programs in the School of Humanities and Social
Sciences. The question paper will have four sections of multiple-choice
questions.
Candidates who wish to take the
entrance exam will receive an online TUEE admit card. Candidates who are
selected to take part in the TUEE will receive separate notifications to
download their admit cards via SMS or e-mail to the mobile numbers or email
addresses they have registered with. The admit card will not be sent to any
candidates via postal mail.
(7) TUEE 2022 Result
TUEE 2022 results are made public online. The
results of the Tezpur University Entrance Exam (TUEE) can be found on the
university's official website for those who took it. The subsequent admissions
round can only be attended by those applicants who pass the Tezpur University
admissions test. The merit list of TUEE results is released.
