Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED)

(1)About UCEED

Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) is a design entrance exam administered by IIT Bombay to select candidates for B.Des admission at IIT Bombay, Delhi. Guwahati, Hyderabad and IITDM Jabalpur. The UCEED exam will take place in nationwide once a year in 24 cities across the country.

Eligibility criteria for Passing the UCEEED 2023 exam: 

To be able to appear in UCEED  2023, applicants must have been born  October 1, 1998 or later if are in the open category or OBC-NCL  and if they are in the SC, ST, PWD category category,  must have been born on or after October 1, 1993.

Maximum number of attempts in the following years it will be twice.

Applicants must pass the exam Aptitude test i.e. class 12 or equivalent in 2022 or release in 2023.

Students who  passed in 2021 or earlier are not eligible to apply.

In addition, all students of all streams are eligible Register for the exam.

 Eligibility criteria for The candidates for B.Des after the UCEED 2023 exam are as follows:

·         To be able to apply B.Programs, applicants must be born on or after October 1, 1998, if they are open or OBC-NCL  and if they are SC, Category ST or PWD, must have been born on or after October 1, 1993.

·         Applicants should have  qualified position in the UCEED 2023 exam.

·         Applicants must pass proficiency test, d. H. Class 12 or equivalent in 2022 or upcoming in 2023. Beyond Students of all majors, all eligible to apply for the  exam.

·         Candidates from the scientific world with physics, chemistry and mathematics, for which the subjects can be selected apply for admission to IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad and IITDM Jabalpur.

·         Candidates of any other direction, i.e. science without Physics, chemistry or mathematics, economics, arts or humanities qualify they only apply to  IIT Bombay and IITDM Jabalpur.

(3) UCEED 2023 Application Process

·         The IIT Bombay has published the application form for the UCEED 2023 09/30 The last day to send the application form for UCEED 2023 is November 9th.

·         FROM for late fees, applicants have until November 16 to apply.

·         Candidates they must familiarize themselves with the structure and syllabus of  the exam. 

·         Students need to practice with questions from previous years to figure out what kind Questions will be asked during the exam.

·         Questions It will be based on the basics of drawing even if it is the UCEED exam There is no drawing area.

(7) UCEED 2023 Answer Key

IIT Bombay Releases Draft UCEED 2023 Part A Solution Key accompanied by a questionnaire in pdf format on January 24, 2023. the UCEEED 2023 Final Answer Key will be released on January 30th. become candidates may object to  the  UCEED 2023 interim answer key  if Deviations can be seen until January 26th.Applicants can compare their answers to UCEED 2023 corrected and  their score calculated accordingly. When calculating the score Applicants must  follow the same grading system recommended by IIT Bombay

The IIT Bombay will announce the results of the UCEED 2023  on March 9th 2023.

UCEED Dashboard 2023 is downloaded from the official website From March 11 to June 13, 2023 Match B Score, Vote(s) and Total Points Earned they will not be displayed for students who did not qualify for UCEED 2023.

 (9) UCEED 2023 Score Card

Eligible candidates for the entrance test can do this Download the UCEED scorecard from the official website. The results of the UCEED 2023  will be are valid for one year from the date of the  declaration of results i.e. March 9, 2024 Follow the steps below to download the UCEEED 2023 exam  scorecard  same as score, except  scorecard can be downloaded for admission for qualified candidate and graduate purposes only.

·         The ranking is in preparation based on the sum of grades obtained at UCEED (Part A and Part B combined). 2023.

·         There will only be one leaderboard.

·         Candidates can review their provisional position in a category by category results pages.

·         If two or more candidates receive equal votes, a The tiebreaker rule appliesYou will get a higher rank  the candidate who scored the most points in Part B.

·         You will get a higher rank  the candidate with the highest score in Section 2 of Part A.

·         You will get a higher rank a candidate with a higher score in the 1 section  of Part A.
