2. Applicants who pass the CAT must go through a selection process to be admitted to the IIM. Subsequent steps by GGSIPU and GU require applicants to report for counseling and then further rounds are planned before admission is not offered to the applicant.
3. IIM Bangalore, one of the leading institutes in the country, announces its quota and eligible students are then called for additional rounds of admissions. Private universities also publish lists of qualified candidates for follow-up internships and thus provide information about upcoming appointments.
4. These additional cycles include a Personal Interview (PI), Group Discussion (GD) and sometimes a Written Aptitude Test (WAT).
