To be GITAM GAT 2025 eligible for the examination, the candidate has to meet the following eligibility criteria for the applied programme:

GAT (UGTP) Eligibility Norms:

The student should be a student of 11th class who has passed the 12th class examination (60% of the total for B.tech and 50% of the total for B.Arch./B.Pharm. with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry) with First Class or equivalent marks in the qualifying examination obtained from a recognized Central/State Board or its equivalent and the rank obtained in GAT (UGTP).
Students who have studied PCM/PCB are eligible for B.Tech Biotechnology and B.Pharmacy with 60% of the total marks in the batch and first-class/equivalent marks.

Note: Those who want admission to the B.Arch programme should qualify in NATA / JEE (Main) paper-2.

GAT (PGTA) Eligibility Norms:

Applicants must secure a first class or equivalent grade in the qualifying examination from one of the recognized universities and institutions, and this should be their minimum of 60% maximum for M.Tech and 50% maximum for B.Tech respectively, to qualify.
