The National Institute of Design (NID) runs undergraduates and postgraduates design courses by the help of an entrance test known as NID DAT (NID Design Aptitude Test) 2025. For 2025 NID operative campuses like Ahmedabad NID campus, Gandhinagar NID campus and NID Bengaluru campus the admission is largely based on the NID DAT examination. To complete the entire selection procedure, it takes place in two stages: the Preliminary Exam (Design Aptitude Test) and the Mains Exam (Studio Test and Interview). It must be noted that the selection will be based upon the performance of the candidates in the composed mains and prelims exams. For candidates to be eligible for the NID DAT 2025 exam, academic qualification criteria have to be fulfilled/requisite requirements needed to be completed have to be accomplished on order to meet the standards.
Undergraduate programs enforce a mandate that all applicants sit for the 10+2 or an equivalent exam and pass. For the graduate programs, relevant bachelor’s degree programs are necessary in supporting the application. The overall supremacy order is based mostly on the partitions of the preliminary and key body exams. In the NID DAT 2025 exams, those candidates who are applying will be called in for the counseling process first, which basically requires them to submit a number of documents at the time of registration.
