What is SRMJEEE?

SRMJEEE is a national-level entrance exam for B.Tech courses at SRMIST campuses. It consists of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, Aptitude and English based on the 10+2 curriculum. SRMJEEE exam is conducted remotely, allowing candidates to take it from home.

SRMJEEE Exam serves as the common entrance exam for all SRM group institutes in Chennai (Kattanakulathur, Vadapalani, Rampuram, Tiruchirappalli), Delhi NCR (Ghaziabad, UP), SRM University - Sonipat (Haryana) and SRM University, AP (Andhra Pradesh). Admission decisions are made solely based on SRMJEEE rank and seat availability, with candidates choosing courses during counselling.

7. To appear in the exam, candidates have to submit the registration form before the second week of April 2026 for Phase 1 as it will be the last date to apply.
8. Candidates must be careful while filling the form, as the university will not provide any correction facility after the submission of the form.

1. SRMJEEE 2026 application fee will be deposited through online mode only.
2. The application fee for each category of candidates will be Rs.1200/-.

SRMJEEE Exam 2026 Eligibility

Nationality: Resident Indian or Non-Resident Indian (NRI), holders of PIO or OCI card issued by the Government of India are eligible to apply for SRMJEEE.

Age: Must have attained the age of 16 years and 6 months on 31st July of the calendar year in which the 12th board examination is held.

Qualifying Examination for all B.Tech Courses:

1. Minimum 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Science Practices/Engineering Graphics.
2. Passed Higher Secondary Examination (10+2 pattern) or appearing in Higher Secondary Examination in the current academic year with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with one of the subjects Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Science Practices/Engineering Graphics as major subjects in regular stream from any State Board of India, CBSE, ISCE, Matriculation or NIOS.

SRMJEEE 2026 Exam Pattern

1. Exam Mode: The exam will be conducted through online (remote proctored-based) mode.

SRMJEEE 2025 Cutoff
