The authority has prepared the merit list on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in TJEE 2024. At times, two or more candidates score the same marks in the qualifying exam, in that case, the exam conducting body will opt for the following tie-breaking rule.

Marks secured in Physics + Chemistry + Mathematics will be considered. The candidate with higher marks will be ranked higher. |

If a tie persists, the candidate having higher combined marks in Physics and Mathematics will be ranked higher. |

If the tie is still not resolved then the candidate having higher marks in Mathematics will be given higher rank. |

4 |
Finally, DOB (Date of Birth)* Senior will be given the preference in merit position as per norms. |
