TJEE 2025 Selection Process Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Eligibility Criteria Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria to appear for the Tripura JEE:

1. Age: The candidate should be at least 17 years old as of December 31 of the admission year.
2. Nationality: The candidate should be an Indian citizen.
3. Domicile: The candidate should be a permanent resident of Tripura.
4. Qualification: The candidate should have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (HSE) or its equivalent from a recognized board.

Step 2: Application Form The application form for Tripura JEE is usually available online on the official website of the Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TBJEE). Candidates need to fill in the required details, upload the required documents and pay the application fee.

Step 3: Application Fee The application fee for Tripura JEE is ₹500 for general candidates and ₹300 for SC/ST candidates. The fee can be paid online through debit/credit card or net banking.

Step 4: Upload Documents Candidates need to upload the following documents along with the application form:

1. Passport-sized photograph
2. Signature
3. HSE mark sheet
4. Caste certificate (for SC/ST candidates)
5. Domicile certificate

Step 5: Admit Card The admit card for Tripura JEE is usually released 10-15 days before the exam date. Candidates can download the admit card from the official website by logging in with their application number and password.

Step 6: Exam The Tripura JEE exam consists of two papers: Paper I (Physics and Chemistry) and Paper II (Mathematics and Biology). The exam is conducted in offline mode, and the duration of each paper is 2 hours.

Step 7: Result Declaration The result of Tripura JEE is usually declared within 30-45 days of the exam. Candidates can check their result on the official website by logging in with their application number and password.

Step 8: Counselling The counselling process for Tripura JEE is conducted in online mode. Candidates have to register for counselling, fill in their preferred choices and upload the required documents. The counselling process consists of multiple rounds, and candidates can upgrade their choices in subsequent rounds.
