Assam NEET PG Counselling 2024 choice-filling process will go to an end tomorrow, at 5 PM. On November 23, 2024, the choice locking window will remain open from 4 PM to 11.55 PM. The choice-filling process began on November 21, 2024. Here are the complete details below the article.

The choice filling for Assam NEET PG Counselling 2024 ends tomorrow. It will close on 23 November 2024 before 5 PM. The choice locking window will open between 4 PM to 11.55 PM on 23 November 2024. The choice-filling process started on 21 November 2024.

How to Fill Assam NEET PG 2024 Choices Filling?

Here candidates will have to fill in and lock choices by following the below steps:

1. Visit the Assam NEET PG Counselling 2024 website – dme.assam.gov.in 
2. Enter your Application Number, Password and Date of Birth.
3. Click on login.
4. First, click the arrow on the box for the institution of preference when a dropdown menu will appear with names of participating Institutions. Click on the Institution of your choice.
5. Next, click on the arrow on the box for the subject of preference and a dropdown menu will appear with the names of all available Subjects. Click on the Subject of your choice.
6. On clicking the Subject of your choice a Code will automatically appear in the Code Box by its side if the Subject is available in the selected Institution.
7. Enter the college and course preferences in preferential order and submit.

Important Instructions for Assam NEET PG Counselling 2024 Choice Filling

DME Assam has released the following instructions for the Assam NEET PG choice-filling process:

1. Candidates can express a maximum of 109 preferences.
2. The form once the candidate clicks the 'Lock Preferences' button and confirms will not be available anymore. Candidates are advised to check this Form carefully before clicking on the 'Lock Preferences' button and confirmation.
3. Candidate must fill in at least 1 preference before Locking. Any Form Locked without filling in any preference will be considered as a candidate not participating in the Counselling process.
4. Candidates must make sure that the chosen Subject is available in the chosen Institution by sifting through the Seat Matrix.
5. Preferences should begin with Preference No.1.

Candidates must note that no fee is required to avail of the choice filling or locking facility. The seat allotment result will be declared on November 26, 2024. The Central Verification of documents of provisionally selected candidates at the DME Assam office will be held from November 28 to November 29, 2024. The institute reporting and joining at the allotted institutes will be conducted from December 3 to December 4, 2024.

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Assam had earlier published the revised merit list with the names of 1,578 eligible candidates. The registration process was carried out from November 18 to November 20, 2024.
