1. The Bihar Board Class 10 Science question paper 2025 consists of two sections: Section A and Section B
2. Section A consists of objective-type questions, while Section B consists of subjective-type questions.
3. There are 80 multiple-choice questions in Section A, of which 40 must be answered. Every question is worth one mark.
4. If a candidate answers more than 40 questions, only their responses to the first 40 will be taken into account.

6. In Section B, there are twenty-four short-answer questions. Among these, eight are from the domains of biology, chemistry, and physics. There are four questions in each subject (biology, chemistry, and physics). Every question is worth two marks.
7. Section B also contains six Long Answer-style questions, two from each of the following subjects: physics, chemistry, and biology. The Long Answer Type question in Physics is worth six marks, while questions in Chemistry and Biology are for five marks.

BSEB Class 10 Science Question Paper Design 2025

The three domains of the Bihar Board Class 10 Science question paper are biology, chemistry, and physics. The MCQ part contains questions from each of the domains, while the descriptive part contains a fixed number of questions from each of the domains. There are an equal number of questions from each of the physics, chemistry, and biology subjects in two short answer-type questions (8 each). Students must respond to four questions in total from each domain.
