The Bihar State Education Board (BSEB) is going to conduct the Bihar State Teaching Eligibility Test (STET) exam from October 4. As per the media reports, the Bihar State government bowed to the demands of the candidates to conduct the Bihar STET 2025 exam before the State Assembly Elections. The candidates should note that the state assembly elections are slated to be conducted in November/December 2025.

All the details about the Bihar STET is coming from the media only. As per the media reports, the BSEB will release the Bihar STET 2025 notification and applications on September 8 and the last date to apply online for Bihar STET 2025 is September 16. It implies that the candidates will get only 9 days (in total) for the Bihar STET online applications. The period of 9 days is very short time and in the harsh time of floods in Bihar, it would be very difficult to fill the BSEB BSTET applications in time.

Moreover, there was no mention of the BSTET application correction dates. It is not clear that whether the Bihar STET application correction facility will be provided to the candidate or not. As per the report, the Board will conduct the Bihar STET 2025 exam from October 4 to 25 and its result will be declared on November 1.

The Bihar STET application form 2025 can be filled up online on the BSEB website. Candidates need to visit the official website in order to fill out the online form. The apply online link shall be activated on 8th September 2025. Candidates need to register for Bihar STET, upload the required documents and pay the application fee as per their categories. 

Bihar STET 2025 Application Fee

While submitting the Bihar STET 2025 Online Form, candidates have to pay the required application fee through the online payment gateway. A candidate belonging to either the General or OBC category is required to pay INR 960/- (if applying for either Paper I or Paper II) and INR 1440/- (if applying for both papers).
