CAT 2024 Exam Day Essentials: Don’t Forget These Documents

IIM has announced that the CAT 2024 exam will be conducted on Sunday, November 24, 2024. It's time to prepare for the exam day in the last three days before the exam. CAT 2024 exam day is knocking at the door. Just three days more. It is about time you prepare for the examination day. Revising and practising are not the only things on your list. You must also get ready with all the documents required on CAT 2024 exam day.

CAT 2024 exam for three slots will held on November 24, 2024. CAT 2024 admit card has been already released and students must have downloaded the same by now. Here is the list of documents to be carried for CAT 2024.

CAT 2024 Exam Day: Required Documents

1. CAT 2024 Admit Card ( two copies): Candidates would have to carry with them two copies of the CAT admit card 2024, pasted with their photo on both, which should be identical to the one affixed to the application form. On no account, any digital copy of the CAT 2024 admit card would be accepted as a valid document.
2. Photo ID Card (original): Candidates are permitted to carry any of the following photo identification. These need to be sharp and clear, with photos/details easily visible:
   a) PAN card
   b) Driving License
   c) Voter ID
   d) Passport
   e) Aadhaar card
   f) e-Aadhaarcard
   g) Ration card
   h) Identification Affidavit
3. PwD Scribe Affidavit: For PwD candidates who will require a scribe to answer the CAT 2024 exam.
4. Medical Certificate: Only applicable for disabled candidates and candidates with medical conditions.
5. Test Day Exception Form: Authorization in case of any exceptional situation that may arise. The CAT exam centre staff will be helpful to the candidate in this regard.
6. Authorization Form: IIM had authorized a form to take prohibited or exceptional items in the exam lab for medical reasons.

Candidates are to read all the guidelines mentioned on the CAT admit card 2024 and adhere strictly to them on exam day. Violation of any guideline will lead to cancellation of candidature.
