Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially issued the schedule of Class 10 and Class 12 supplementary examinations for the year 2025. The additional tests will be kicked off from July 15, 2025.
Those students who haven't passed the regular board exams or want to improve their scores are suggested to look at the dates and start their preparation, as per the official website
The CBSE supplementary exam timetable 2025 has been unveiled and it is the most opportune time for students who got low marks or want to improve. It will be best for students to begin planning how they will study and practice the standard CBSE protocols so that they may experience a successful examination process on July 15.
The CBSE supplementary exams 2025-2026 are set to commence next week, from the 15th of July, with a vast range of subjects for students of both the 10th and the 12th standards. The exams will be held at 10:30 AM and typically, the exams will be over by 1:30 PM, while some vocational and elective subjects have a two-hour slot each.
The list of subjects on the first day includes not just the core academic subjects but also the main social science subjects like History, Political Science, Geography, and Economics in addition to English and Hindi.
On the first day, there are subjects such as Physical Sciences and Mathematics scheduled for the morning session of the examination. The subjects to be conducted are Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Biotechnology, and Engineering Graphics.
Further, the datesheet for the exams consists of both vocational and elective subjects in Business Studies, Accountancy, Informatics Practices, Computer Science, Home Science, and several regional languages including Punjabi, Bengali, Manipuri, Malayalam, French, Nepali, and others. Additionally, in applied and vocational fields, some subjects are Retail, Information Technology, Web Application, Automotive, Financial Market Management, Tourism, Beauty & Wellness, Agriculture, and other.
CBSE has put forward strict guidelines with the purpose of smooth supplementary exams' conduct. It is required that the candidates follow all the instructions given by the Board and that they behave properly and decently at the exam centres.
The use of communication gadgets, for example, mobile phones or smartwatches, is beyond all limits and is a complete no within the exam area. Any misuse can lead to very strong actions according to the Unfair Means (UFM) code.
The students were allocated to read through their question papers for 15 minutes before the exams start. The duration of each exam is well spelled out in the date sheet and also on the admit cards which students must bring with them to the examination centres.
