COMEDK 2025 Choice Filling Starts after July 12 for Candidates whose documents are approved

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka released a notice for the COMEDK 2025 counselling choice filling on the official portal. The COMEDK UGET 2025 choice filling will commence after July 12 for those candidates whose documents have been validated.

The candidates who have their documents validated by the officials during COMEDK 2025 counselling registration and document uploading are eligible to continue the choice filling process. June 30 was the last date for document uploading and registration. July 12 is the last date for COMEDK 2025 document verification for the counselling process.

📝 Who Can Participate in Choice Filling?

Only those candidates are eligible to participate in the choice filling process who have completed their registration and document uploading by June 30, and whose documents are approved by the COMEDK 2025 officials. 

During choice filling, candidates have to select their preferred college and course for the upcoming mock allotment.

⚙️ COMEDK Counselling 2025: Process Overview

The COMEDK 2025 counselling will be conducted in three main rounds:

1. Choice Filling for Mock Allotment
   
2. Mock Allotment Result & Option Editing
   
3. Final Seat Allotment & Decision-Making
   

COMEDK will announce the Round 1 seat allotment result based on the filled choices, wherein candidates will be required to select one of the following choices:

• ✔️ Accept and Freeze – Confirm the seat and exit from further rounds
  
• ✔️ Accept and Upgrade – Confirm current allotment, but remain in consideration for higher preferences
  
• ❌ Reject and Upgrade – Decline current allotment but stay in the process
  
• ❌ Reject and Withdraw – Decline the allotment and opt out of further rounds

The official COMEDK 2025 seat matrix (college-wise and course-wise) will be released shortly on the official website. Candidates are requested to check comedk.org frequently for updates.

📌 Important Note for BArch Aspirants

Candidates applying for BArch admission through COMEDK will have to upload their NATA 2025 scores during the registration process. The last date for BArch counselling registration and document upload is July 9 at 4:00 PM.
