COMEDK 2025 Counselling

COMEDK 2025 (Round 1) counselling registration and document uploading window will close today (June 24) at 2:00 pm. Candidates who wish to register or edit their details must do so before the due date. The last date for COMEDK 2025 document verification is July 12. The officials will release the COMEDK 2025 seat allotment result list (Round 1) based on the COMEDK score, merit and documents submitted by the candidates.

COMEDK 2025 Counselling & Documents Upload Steps

Students can check the step-by-step process to register for the COMEDK 2025 counselling and upload documents as follows -

Visit the official website of COMEDK - comedk.org
Log in using the credentials and select the counselling registration tab.
Verify the details and pay the registration fee of Rs 2000 (non-refundable).
Once the payment is complete, go back and start uploading documents.
Upload the documents as per the specifications.
The file size should be less than 1 MB. Submit once done.
Save the details for future reference.

Candidates who have already uploaded the documents should check their document status for verification. Candidates can check the COMEDK 2025 document status on the candidate login. The document status is updated on applicant login.

COMEDK 2025 Document Status Details

Students can check the document status details of COMEDK 2025 exam, which are mentioned below in the table:

Document Status	What does it mean?
Document submitted	Your document has been received by the COMEDK and yet to be verified
Resubmit	COMEDK has asked to resubmit a few documents. The requested documents must be submitted within 12 hours. If not submitted within the stipulated time, then the candidature will be cancelled.
Document resubmitted	The candidate has resubmitted the document, and it is yet to be verified by the COMEDK.
Document Approved	All the documents are in order and have been verified and approved by the COMEDK. Hence, you are now eligible for counselling.
Document Rejected	The documents submitted or rejected are not in order and hence rejected. Candidates can check their email for the reason for rejection. Such candidates will not be able to participate in the counselling process
Under Review	The document is being reviewed by the COMEDK authorities
Supplementary approved	After supplementary/compartment candidates upload their “passed” mark cards, the documents will be verified, and if approved, the candidature’s supplementary will be approved.
