GATE 2025 Registration Ends Today: Apply Without Late Fees Now!

IIT Roorkee will close the GATE 2025 application form with regular fees today (October 3, 2024). The date was extended due to several challenges faced by the candidates. Check the GATE Registration Process, Fees and Instructions below.

The registration for GATE 2025 will close on 3 October 2024 (11:59 PM) with no late fee. Candidates who want to apply for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) must apply before the due date to avoid paying the late fees. The last date to submit the GATE 2025 online form with the late fee charge is 7th October 2024.

GATE 2025 Application Process

Candidates can register for GATE 2025 online only. The GATE 2025 application process is simple: registration, filling out the information, submitting the documents, paying the application fee and submitting the form. While filling out the application form, the following information should be present 

1. Your personal details, including name, mobile number, e-mail ID, date of birth, and parents/guardians' mobile number.
2. Communication details with the correct PIN Code 
3. Eligibility degree details
4. College name and address with PIN Code
5. Choice of GATE test papers (Two-Paper Combination). Candidates must select two papers. Paper I must be primary, and Paper II must be secondary. Candidates are advised to choose the papers wisely and carefully.
6. Choice of GATE exam cities. Candidates should choose at least three test locations from the same zone. 
7. A recent passport-size photograph was scanned, fulfilling all the requirements prescribed by the GATE authorities.
8. A scanned candidate’s signature confirms all the requirements prescribed by the GATE authorities. 
9. A scanned copy of valid photo ID proof.

1. SC/ST certificate (if applicable) in pdf format
2. PwD certificate (if applicable) in PDF format
3. Dyslexia certificate (if applicable) in PDF format
4. netbanking/UPI/credit/debit card details

GATE 2025 Application Fees

Students must provide correct details while filling out the application form. Any discrepancy will be rejected on the application form. However, GATE authorities will activate the GATE 2025 application form correction link on November 6, 2024, to modify the GATE application form 2025.

The GATE 2025 exam is the most prestigious entrance exam that allows candidates to pursue higher degree programs like M.Tech and PhD or apply for PSU jobs.
