IIT Roorkee started the GATE 2025 application form from today (28th August 2024). Once the GOAPS portal is activated, candidates can access the form. IIT Roorkee GATE application form will be released today (28th August 2024) regularly. Interested candidates can visit GATE's official website: gate2025.iitr.ac.in to apply. The stages included in the GATE application form process are registration, filling in personal information and exam dates, uploading of documents, and payment of the application fee. The registered candidates will appear in the GATE 2025 exam, which will be conducted on 1st, 2nd, 15th, and 16th February 2025.

GATE 2025 Application Form Dates

The GATE 2025 application process will be done online. Candidates should check the instructions carefully and submit the application form before the due date, 26 September 2024 (no late fee) or 7 October 2024 (with a late fee of INR 500).

How do you register for the GATE 2025 Form at the GOAPS Portal?

The GOAPS portal for GATE will be activated today. Here are the step-by-step steps to apply for the GATE 2025 exam admission form:

1. Visit the official website- gate2025.iitr.ac.in
2. Look for the GOAPS portal under the applications category.
3. Select the “Apply section” and click on “Apply online”.
4. Opt for “New Candidate Registration”.
5. Fill out the necessary details and complete the registration process.
6. Login using the credentials and complete the application form details, such as personal, exam, communication, etc. details.
7. Upload the documents and certificates as per the specifications provided by the GATE authorities.
8. Pay the application fee and submit the GATE 2025 registration form.
9. Download and keep a copy of the form for future purposes.

Candidates must confirm the GATE registration by submitting the following GATE application fees: 

PwD candidates with benchmark ability will receive a 40% discount. Candidates are advised to keep a copy of the payment receipt for further acceptance.

GATE 2025 Form: Document Checklist

Candidates need to keep the following required documents ready for the GATE 2025 application form:

1. Recent passport-size photograph.
2. Scanned copies of documents (if applicable) - category certificate, PwD Certificate and certificate of Dyslexia in PDF format.
3. Valid photo ID proof, like an Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or PAN Card.
