IIT Guwahati has commenced the GATE 2026 examination. The first shift of the GATE exam will continue until 12:30 PM. IIT Guwahati has commenced the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) examination. For the first day of the GATE 2026 exam, the AG, ES, GG, IN, MA, MN, TF, XE, and XL papers are being conducted in the first shift (9:30 AM to 12:30 PM). On the other hand, the second shift (2:30 PM to 5:30 PM) will be conducted for the GATE 2026 AE, BT, CH, CY, GE, PH, and XH papers.
Candidates appearing for the GATE exam must carry their GATE 2026 admit card, a valid ID proof, and other documents (as specified by the authorities). Students should strictly follow the GATE 2026 exam guidelines to avoid any issues during the verification process.
