Great Lakes Institute of Management, with campuses in Chennai and Gurgaon, has announced the last date for Cycle 2 applications for its MBA programs. The institute offers a one-year PGPM program for experienced professionals and a two-year PGDM course for fresh graduates.
Great Lakes offers two full-time residential management programs for different career stages. Candidates can apply using CAT, XAT, GMAT, and NMAT (for PGPM only) scores.
One-Year PGPM: For Experienced Professionals
The Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) is a one-year MBA designed for professionals with two or more years of work experience. This program is available at both the Chennai and Gurgaon campuses and focuses on accelerating career transitions.
For the 2025 batch, the average CTC for PGPM graduates was ₹17.8 lakhs, which is 2.7 times higher than the average pre-MBA salary of the candidates.
The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two-year full-time MBA program designed for freshers and candidates with up to three years of work experience.
The PGDM program includes a corporate internship, where students intern at leading organisations such as Bain, Deloitte, EY, Godrej, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, and JP Morgan Chase & Co.
The average CTC (Cost to Company) for the PGDM Class of 2025 was ₹15 lakhs, with the highest package reaching ₹39.8 lakhs.
