Himachal Pradesh Technical University is offering students the chance to fill their choices for HPCET 2025 from July 1, 2025. Not only that, but the HPCET counselling 2025 form correction link on the official website by the university was also opened. Interested candidates were required to register for HPCET 2025 counselling from June 10 to 30, 2025. Candidates will need their HPCET user ID and password for the login. For the entrance to the HPCET 2025, 50% of the students are going to be selected by the entrance test, whereas the other 50% by JEE Main exam. The HPCET result was out on June 6, 2025.

To be Eligibility Criteria for HPCET 2025, candidates must satisfy the following HPCET eligibility criteria-

1. The candidates are required to have gone through their 10+2 educational level or its equivalent from the university or board that is duly recognized.
2. They must have also done the compulsory and elective subjects such as Computer Practice, Biotechnology, Physics, Engineering Graphics, Business Studies, Mathematics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, Biology, Technical Vocational Training, Agriculture, and Entrepreneurship mentioned in Appendix C.
3. Moreover, the students need to acquire at least 45% marks in each of them which should be 40% for the candidates from the reserved category.
