Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore) has been ranked 3rd among Indian management institutes and 96th globally in the Financial Times (FT) Executive MBA (EMBA) Rankings 2025. IIM-I has been ranked 96th for its Weekend MBA Postgraduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPMX).
According to IIM-I Director Prof. Himanshu Rai, the PGPMX program is the best in India and ranked 13th globally for career progression.
Sharing his institute's achievement, IIM Indore Director Prof. Himanshu Rai writes: "This achievement reflects our relentless pursuit of excellence, innovative teaching methodology, and the global success of our alumni."
The Financial Times ranking is significant for IIM Indore, as all its flagship programmes, the two-year MBA (PGP), one-year MBA (EPGP) and Weekend MBA (PGPMX) are now included in the FT 100 rankings along with its Open and Executive Education programmes.
According to QS Reports, the PGPMX program's leadership in career progression is in line with a 15 percent increase in global executive education enrollments in 2024, driven by demand for flexible, high-impact learning options.
Rai further said, "This jump of 20 ranks reflects the emerging teaching methodology, world-class faculty, and the success of our alumni, who continue to make an impact around the world," citing IIM Indore's recent rise in the FT Global MBA Rankings 2025.
Rai further emphasized in his tweet, "For IIM Indore, this jump in the rankings is just the beginning."
